Cancelation Policy
Travel plans don’t always go as planned, and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. If your flight is delayed, Derek will attempt to reach you before canceling your ride.
If your flight or plans change, WhatsApp Derek immediately.
Flight Delays & Wait Time
- 30-minute grace period after scheduled pickup: free wait time
 - Beyond 30 minutes: PHP 300 per hour, up to 5 hours (max PHP 1,500)
 - Payment: cash to driver or via PayPal
 
General Cancellation Windows
- 24+ hours before pick up: 100% refundable or credit, as discussed
 - 12–23 hours before pickup: 50% refundable as credit
 - 6–12 hours before pickup: 25% refundable as credit.
 - No-shows: non-refundable
 - If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control, credit will be issued as previously agreed.
 
Refund Options
- Credit your VIP Driver Angeles account for future bookings
 - Refund to your credit card
 - Return global bank transfer payments via PayPal
 
Non-Refundable Situations
- Flight delays or cancellations (treated as no-shows unless communicated in advance)
 - Border control issues or denied entry
 - Cancellations outside the restricted windows
